Nathan Quinones initiated his IT career in high school, progressing from computer operations and backups to Senior Systems Analyst at CIT. He adeptly acquired skills in AS400 programming and MAPICS XA, eventually becoming an Implementation Consultant.

Notably, Nathan co-developed the EC module of Infor XA and the Enterprise Access (EAX) Portal, enabling Infor XA-related and custom web apps.

Nathan is our President and actively engages in various operations, from EC and EAX to Future Cast, COS, and Release Management.

Michael Franchino’s journey started at CIT during his co-op term at RIT in 1990, delving into RPG II and MAPICS II. Transitioning to the Microsoft realm in 2002, he acquired certifications in SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Michael spearheads many Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. In a significant project with Dell and Microsoft Consulting Services, he led interface design and global adoption.

Michael is a VP and CIT’s ERP and Microsoft expert.

Paul Cook has a 25 year background in internal business IT management and IT consulting. His knowledge and experience in both environments has allowed him to provide successful business IT solutions for our clients. His experience spans from initially working with industrial Citrix environments and LAN/WAN infrastructure, to modern datacenter and cloud migrations of on-premise infrastructure. Before joining CIT, he co-founded a network integration firm and was an IT manager for a 300-user network at an environmental services corporation. Paul holds several industry certifications and is a graduate of Temple University.

Today, Paul leads the Network Services Group of CIT. He’s the Primary Infrastructure Architect for Enterprise implementations. He also provides project management and technical direction for Network Service clients and has many years of experience working on telecommunication projects.
